Wet, cold environments mean a major challenge for perfect label bonding. KIC Krones has precisely the right solution for this in the shape of its casein-based adhesives. Thanks to their chemical composition, the adhesives are evenly distributed on the labels and the containers – thus ensuring optimum labelling results. Casein-based adhesives are particularly well suited for labelling and foiling returnable containers. They withstand both iced water and condensation and thanks to their specifically developed recipe cope outstandingly well in the pasteuriser. Cleaning the machine is quick and easy: the casein-based adhesive can be removed using lukewarm water.
